I coached cricket at Maple Ridge Athletic Club from 2010 to 2022. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Santiago: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
