Santiago T. Fernández
Mentor in trades and careers
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Jacksonville Learning Hub
- 2000 to 2012
- English, Spanish
For twelve years I've mentored people in trades and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Santiago
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
