Santiago Quintero
First-generation students mentor, Alcalá de Henares
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
- Since 1994
- Spanish
For 32 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Santiago: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
