Santiago M. Tapia
Small business mentor, Guadalajara
- 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
- Atlas Mentoring Circle
- 2002 to 2019
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Atlas Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Santiago
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
