Santiago G. Steele
Engineering mentor, Hamilton
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Hamilton Association
- 2016 to 2025
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Hamilton Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Santiago
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
