Santiago Elliott
French and early years teacher, Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield Grammar School
- Since 1999
- English
For 27 years I have been the French teacher at Bakersfield Grammar School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Santiago
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Santiago: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
