- Spanish, French
I taught special education at Heritage Girls' School in Xalapa from 1987 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 6, and my door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Santiago
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
