Santiago B. Hernández

Self-taught sculpture artist

  • 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
  • The Tlaquepaque Gallery
  • 1990 to 2002
  • English
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1990 at The Tlaquepaque Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

What gifts mean to Santiago: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
