Santhosh L. Subramanian
Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Our Lady of Peace Foundation
- 1988 to 2008

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Our Lady of Peace Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Santhosh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2014. I still have your notes! Greetings from Lapu-Lapu.
