I'm a pottery specialist. If you live around Amsterdam, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Sanne: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
