I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 870 kids fall in love with the game.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sanjay
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Sanjay: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
