For 18 years I've mentored people in law school and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Sanjay
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
