Sanjay B. Arora
Mentor in software and design
- 🇬🇧 Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom
- Since 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Queensway Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Sanjay
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
