Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Community Trust
- 2013 to 2022
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Aurangabad Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sangeetha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sangeetha: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
