Software mentor, Incheon
- 🇰🇷 Incheon, Incheon, South Korea

- 2017 to 2025

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Incheon Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sang-hoon: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
