Sandra Renata Batista
Youth dance coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Since 1994
- Portuguese
For 32 years I've run the dance program at Juiz de Fora Silverlake Boxing Gym in Juiz de Fora. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Sandra
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Sandra: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
