I've been a nurse for eleven years, most of them in orthopedics at São Paulo Community Hospital in São Paulo. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
