Sandra Jemima Wiredu
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇭 Tarkwa, Western, Ghana
- Hillcrest Works
- 1991 to 2012
- English, Twi
I've worked in weaving from 1991 to 2012. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 840 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
