Sandesh G. Gala
Hockey and fitness coach, Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Swimming Club
- 1998 to 2023
- English, Gujarati
For 25 years I ran the hockey program at Pune Swimming Club in Pune. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sandesh
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Sandesh: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
