Sander Cornelis Smit

17 years teaching English literature in Eindhoven

  • 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
  • Valley View Primary School
  • Since 1989
  • English, Dutch
I teach English literature at Valley View Primary School in Eindhoven since 1989. Most days I teach first-year students, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. Over the years I've had 930 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

You taught me English literature in 2025 at Valley View Primary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

I'm a small business owner now and I honestly think it started in your classroom Greetings from Hamilton.
