I coached rowing at Lucknow Trinity Swimming Club from 2004 to 2021. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Sandeep: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
