Sana Rubina Ahmed
Economics and art teacher, Sukkur
- 🇵🇰 Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan
- 1992 to 2013
- English, Urdu
I taught economics at Fairview High School in Sukkur from 1992 to 2013. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 1,070 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sana
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Sana: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
