Samuel T. Cortez
Teacher at Orlando Girls' School, loves history
- 🇺🇸 Orlando, Florida, United States
- Orlando Girls' School
- 1987 to 2007
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Samuel
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Samuel: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
