Samuel Stephens
Baking, done properly
- 🇦🇺 Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
- Old Valley View Trades Guild
- Since 1983
- English
I've worked in baking since 1983. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,940 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Samuel: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
