Samuel Steele

Helping people break into first-generation students

  • 🇺🇸 Aurora, Illinois, United States
  • Aurora Learning Hub
  • 2011 to 2022
  • English, Spanish
For eleven years I've mentored people in first-generation students and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
