Samuel Rodrigo Bastos
Careers mentor, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Foundation
- 1981 to 2004
- English, Portuguese
For 23 years I've mentored people in careers and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Samuel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
