I teach biology at Beacon Girls' School in Machakos since 2007. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 670 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Samuel
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Samuel: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2008. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Adama.

You taught me biology in 2021 at Beacon Girls' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
