I've coached cross country at Los Angeles Sports Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

What gifts mean to Samuel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1988. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Guadalupe.
