Samuel J. Hill
18 years teaching physical education in Toronto
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Toronto Middle School
- 2012 to 2023
- English
For eleven years I was the physical education teacher at Toronto Middle School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Samuel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Samuel: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
