For 41 years I've run the boxing program at Duque de Caxias Community Club in Duque de Caxias. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Samuel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
