Sampath Suranga Bandara
Teacher at Parkside Academy, loves English literature
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Parkside Academy
- 2000 to 2022
- English, Sinhala
I taught English literature and French at Parkside Academy, Colombo. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Sampath
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sampath: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me English literature in 2017 at Parkside Academy. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Truly.
