Sampath Lakmal Wanigasekara
Guitar and violin teacher
- 🇱🇰 Galle, Southern, Sri Lanka
- Greenfield Quartet
- 1987 to 2016
- English, Sinhala
I play guitar and violin. I started in 1987 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sampath
I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Sampath: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
