For eight years I've run the basketball program at Jeddah Athletic Club in Jeddah. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Samira
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Samira: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
