Samira Lubna Mebarek
Accounting and music teacher, Giza
- 🇪🇬 Giza, Giza, Egypt
- Since 1991
- English, Arabic
Giza Academy is my second home. I teach accounting there since 1991, mostly mixed-ability classes.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Samira
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Samira: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
