Samir Sami Darwish
30 years teaching mathematics in Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis Grammar School
- Since 2003
- English, Arabic
For 23 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Heliopolis Grammar School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Samir
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Samir: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
