Samir Kamal Yassin
Self-taught photography artist
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
- Old Alexandria Studio
- 1984 to 2005
- English, Arabic
I got into photography as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Alexandria Studio, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Samir
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Samir: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
