Samir Idris Slimani
Teacher at Elmwood Middle School, loves music

- English, Arabic
I taught music at Elmwood Middle School in Cairo from 1984 to 2020. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I learned every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

you taught me music in 2025 at Elmwood Middle School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Truly.
