Samina Tayyaba Ghani
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Oakwood Works
- 1983 to 2002
- English, Urdu
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Lahore, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
More about Samina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Samina: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
