Samina Rubina Farooqi
Farming mentor, Rawalpindi
- 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
- Phoenix Foundation
- Since 2017
- English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Phoenix Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Samina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
