Samina Nida Jilani
Helping people break into finance
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Riverside Foundation
- 1980 to 1989
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in finance and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Samina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Samina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
