Sameer G. Deshmukh
Football coach, Nagpur Community Club
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Since 2004
- English, Marathi
For 22 years I've run the football program at Nagpur Community Club in Nagpur. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
More about Sameer
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Sameer: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
