Samantha Brooks
Flute and gospel teacher
- 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
- Albany Band
- Since 1982
- English
I play flute and gospel. I started in 1982 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Samantha
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Samantha: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
