Salvador J. Álvarez

Choir director and singer

  • 🇺🇸 Savannah, Georgia, United States
  • Savannah Our Lady of Peace Quartet
  • Since 1992
  • English, Spanish
I play gospel and tabla. I started in 1992 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Salvador

I write my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
