I've coached chess at Palmira Sakura Football Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Salvador: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
