For 26 years I have been the biology teacher at Mount Pleasant Secondary School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Salman
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Salman: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
