Salman Mubashir Ahmed
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Faisalabad Works
- Since 2000
- English, Punjabi
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2000. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,070 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Salman
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Salman: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
