Helping people break into design

For 48 years I've mentored people in design and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.

You helped me get my first design job in 1997. I still have your notes. Greetings from Bandung.
