Salma Tamanna Howlader
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Elmwood Mentoring Circle
- 1978 to 1986
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Elmwood Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
