I've played oud from 1996 to 2010, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Salma: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
