I taught French at Phoenix Technical College in Cox's Bazar from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Salma
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me French in 2019 at Phoenix Technical College. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
